1. Website Overview
The website www.studioptimal.com is operated by K2G Inc., a center specialized in NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback, offering in-person sessions, system rentals, system purchases, and official training programs.
2. Nature of Services
StudiOptimal offers:
• NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback sessions
• System rentals with guidance and support
• Purchase of NeurOptimal® systems (purchase conditions are managed exclusively by Zengar Institute)
• Certified training programs
StudiOptimal does not provide any medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback is a brain training method, not a medical treatment.
3. Appointments and Bookings
Any booking made via our website, by phone, or by message constitutes a firm commitment.
Cancellations
• Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• After this period, the full session fee may be charged, even in the event of non-attendance.
• In case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, StudiOptimal reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session, without refund.
Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled subject to calendar availability.
4. Sessions and Results
NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback sessions are non-invasive and involve no diagnosis.
Results may vary from one individual to another. StudiOptimal does not guarantee any specific outcome.
5. NeurOptimal® System Purchase Conditions
The purchase of a NeurOptimal® system is entirely governed by Zengar Institute, the creator and official distributor.
StudiOptimal:
✔ supports clients throughout the process
✔ provides information and guidance
✔ assists with system setup and onboarding
Zengar Institute:
✔ manages payments
✔ manages warranties
✔ manages licenses and legal conditions
✔ provides official contracts
All purchase conditions, warranties, return policies, and financing options are therefore determined exclusively by Zengar Institute.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos, design) is the property of StudiOptimal and/or Zengar Institute.
Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
7. Website Use
By using this website, you agree to:
• use the site in compliance with applicable laws
• not interfere with the proper functioning of the site (viruses, hacking, etc.)
• not use or reproduce content without permission
