
Refund Policy – StudiOptimal
At StudiOptimal, we are committed to providing the highest quality NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback services. In order to ensure a clear, fair, and transparent framework for everyone, the following policy applies to all our services and packages.
📌 No Refunds
All sessions, training programs, packages, and purchases made with StudiOptimal are non-refundable, regardless of:
• the number of sessions used or unused
• the reason for cancellation or withdrawal
• a change in personal or professional circumstances
• a decision to discontinue the training process
Once payment has been made, no full or partial refund can be issued.
📌 Package Validity: No Expiration
Purchased packages do not expire.
You may use your sessions at your own pace, with no time constraints.
📌 Package Transferability
Packages may be transferred to a person of your choice at no additional cost.
Simply inform us of the name of the person to whom you wish to transfer the sessions.
📌 Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling
For any appointment:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be considered as used sessions.
📌 Training Services
Registrations for NeurOptimal® training programs (in-person or online) are also non-refundable.
In the event you are unable to attend, you may:
• reschedule your participation to a future date
• transfer your spot to another person
📌 Rental Services
All NeurOptimal® system rentals are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Rental periods may, however, be adjusted or extended, subject to availability.
