In-Person Neurofeedback Sessions
Service Description
NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® sessions are conducted in person for adults and children. The first session includes a welcome, explanations, setup, and 33 minutes of training: Adults: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes Children: approximately 1 hour Subsequent sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour and include: a brief discussion about the past week, setup, and then the Dynamic Neurofeedback® session itself, which always lasts 33 minutes. You are comfortably seated during the training, listening to music or watching a film, while the system provides the brain with real-time feedback to support its natural self-regulation. Individual sessions and packages are available.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions for Booking Appointments By booking a session at StudiOptimal, you agree to the following conditions: 1. Cancellation Policy All cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, → the session may be charged in full or deducted from the package, as applicable. Missed appointments ("no-shows") → are automatically charged. 2. Lateness In case of lateness: We will do our best to accommodate you, but → the session may be shortened so as not to impact other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and therefore charged. 3. Payment Payments can be made: - By e-transfer - On-site (card, cash, or other accepted methods). 4. Packages and Prepaid Sessions Packages are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Any session canceled after the deadline will be deducted from the package. 5. Liability StudiOptimal offers professional and supportive guidance, but: each client remains responsible for providing all relevant information regarding their health, StudiOptimal cannot be held liable for any omissions or inaccurate information provided by the client. 6. Communication All changes, requests, or cancellations must be sent: - by SMS to 514 927 2149 - by email to studioptimal@gmail.com - or via the online booking tool.
